We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We never sell or trade personally identifiable information such as names, postal addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, etc.. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Refunds

Class reservations/charges are final at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds.  If you need to cancel your reservation for a particular date and give 48 hours notice or more, you can move to another class or date, provided space is available. 

Group and private parties require a minimum of 15 people, which must be paid at time of reservation to secure space and artist's availability.  Additional guests (above minimum 15) in a private party, must be paid for no later than the day of the event.

The Art of Wine reserves the right to cancel a painting class at any time due to
inclement weather, sickness or other circumstances beyond our control.  If we feel we need to cancel a class we will notify those who have signed up for that session. You will be given a credit for a different session with space.  Thank you for your understanding.
